RETURNS

We have NO RETURN/ NO EXCHANGE Policy.

All products are bespoke and made-to-measure. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to info@suhino.net within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.

SUHINO will not provide the option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch and exchange for size.

In the case of a possible size alteration, we can accommodate the request at an added cost where all shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@suhino.net and send your item in its original packaging to: JYOTSNA ENTERPRISES – 78/5640 Second Floor, Reghar Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi- 110005. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

CANCELLATIONS

Once the order is confirmed and the advance payment is made, the order can only be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we do not provide any refund.
